5. Up to 50% discount is applicable on all hearing aid units.
6. 50% discount on services is applicable to the following services:
   1. Standard Hearing Test (Puretone, Speech, Tympanometry and Hearing Aid Fitting) 
   2. Hearing Aid Check Up and Cleaning 
7. Customers who purchase at least one (1) pack of hearing aid batteries are eligible to pick a stub from a bowl for a chance to win a prize. One (1) draw per single receipt purchase. 
8. The battery draw prizes, customers have the chance to win the following:
   1. Ballpens
   2. Eco bags (14x 17 inches)
   3. Towels (10×19 inches)
   4. 1 pack of hearing aid batteries (based on client’s hearing aid)

Loyalty cards are given out at our clinics. We do not have digital cards for this promotion.

Valid only in AMEARCO clinics with authorized signature.

Owner may claim each prize once after every 5 slots filled.

The prizes are as follows:

First five (5) slots filled = 1 battery pack free
Second five (5) slots filled = 2 battery packs free
Third five (5) slots filled = 3 battery packs free
Card is non-transferrable and only 1 card allowed per person.
Only 1 Slot can be claimed per transaction ,
PWD And Senior Citizen card is required to be presented when purchasing batteries.
Proxy may use card only if presented with card owner’s ID.
You may claim a card at your preferred branch as well as your prize when you complete the requirements.
The filled out card will be surrendered to the clinic who issued the final prize.
